Division 3 board members have decided to conduct a zoom conference call on June 4, 2020 at 10 am and go over a legislative update and have a group discussion afterward on how you and your respective cities are working through the challenges and obstacles that this pandemic has caused. We are allocating one hour for the meeting, however, if it goes longer, you can continue on the zoom call for as long as you like.

Jennifer Peterson, Division 3 1st Vice-President, will be emailing the legislative presentation on June 2, 2020. Once you receive the presentation, please take some time to review it and write down any notes or questions you have for Jennifer or the group as a whole. We will go directly to questions and answers since we suspect that the second discussion will be longer and want to make sure we have adequate time to have a meaningful conversation, yet not take up too much of your time at “the office.” This would be a great opportunity for you to share what has and hasn't worked for you and your cities during this time.

The zoom meeting details will be emailed June 1, 2020. For those of you that are new to zoom, if you can't join via video, you can participate via phone. Those phone numbers will also be included in the zoom meeting details.
