The CMRTA was founded in 1969 when business tax professionals recognized the value of regular networking to improve their knowledge, skills and performance. CMRTA now includes over 300 California local government revenue agencies. Through this web site, the CMRTA continues to provide its members with current tax and revenue education, training, certification, and representation in relevant legislative efforts. CMRTA creates partnerships with other agencies with mutual interests and promotes the highest levels of professional services and ethics to the public.

Annual Membership and Renewal
How much is membership and how do I renew?
- Cities/Counties - Early Renewal Rate - $50 if received by January 31st
- Cities/Counties - Regular Rate - $60 if received after January 31st
- Associate Members - $100
Representatives do not need to renew. They are all covered under their City/County membership.
